Evaluate the condition of products/component: by disassembly, cleaning and inspection in accordance with company procedures and processes.

Generate disassembly notes/basic initial inspection report.
-
Rebuild and test the products/components in accordance with company procedures.
-
Complete rebuild and test report, detailing criteria tested and readings obtained, to be passed on for verification.

Use inspection equipment such as micrometers, vernier’s, DTI’s and bore gauges to measure components in compliance with the company procedures.

Use of specialist test rigs such as airflow, liquid fuel, compressor, pump, hydraulic.

Use of hand tools and workshop equipment - within the OEL Dubai facility.

Use of manual machine tools such as flat lapper, surface grinder and lathe to machine components.
-
Use of lifting equipment; pallet truck and overhead crane.
-
Safe use of cleaning equipment: chemical cleaning plants, shot blasting, pressure washer and ultra-sonic cleaning tanks etc.

Use of motorized and manual pallet trucks.

Maintenance of production equipment, machinery and test rigs.
Fuel Systems Technician

Must have proven team-work skills.

Planning and organisational skills are required to ensure departmental and business objectives and deadlines are met whilst ensuring the integrity of the Company.

Good English written and verbal communication

Previous (3-5 years) UAE experience of working within a factory environment is essential

PC Skills: Data entry, excel word is desirable however a willingness to learn is essential

Willingness to render overtime and working on odd hours including Sunday (when and as business required)
