About the Event

NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety & Health (REF:APIXNCC001) Who Should Attend? Individuals working in the Construction industry that have health and safety responsibilities as part of their role, and who require a nationally recognised qualification to demonstrate competence. Course Objectives To provide a construction-specific vocational qualification in health and safety, examined to NVQ level 3. Course Description A 10 day course covering all aspects of construction health and safety, including such topics as legislation, working at height, fire ,electricity, vehicles, excavations and demolition etc. Pre-Requisites Delegates must have completed the NEBOSH General Certificate NGC1, this can be completed as part of the course (this will take duration to 15 days plus examinations) Course Outcome There will be 1 (2 hour) exam paper taken, NCC1, with an additional 2 hour exam if NGC1 is required with short bullet style and essay type questions. In addition to this, there is a construction work based practical report (NCC2) (approx 1000 words) to complete.
