Operator CNC – Frezer / CNC Miller
Job Location: Poland, EU
Job Purpose:
Work on programming, operation and setting up of CNC milling machines in accordance with technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the processing in accordance with the technical drawing and the circulation card
- Identification of operations needed to obtain drawing requirements
- Operation and selection of parameters of CNC milling machines in accordance with the specification
- Creating, editing CNC programs in accordance with the technical documentation and proper archiving, including daily ripping of the programs and passing them to the supervisor
- Carrying out the processing in accordance with the technical drawing and the circulation card
- Responsibility for the quality of own work self-monitoring, making measurements using a caliper and micrometer
- Maintaining order at the workplace, including around the machine on which the work is performed, and taking care of the overall order in the workshop,
- Conduct in accordance with the establishment’s policy, as well as instructions, procedures and accepted habits
- Daily control of the workplace, including replenishment of operating fluids (oils, emulsions, etc.) and concentration measurement each time before refilling
- Ensuring that all tasks and documentation meet the requirements of the Quality Management System
- Ensuring the operation of the Health & Safety system
Knowledge, Skills, Education, Training and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Required ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to read, edit and program CNC milling machines (with FANUC control systems)
- Skill of crane operation
- Communication skills
- Availability and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work in a group
- Planning and organization skills
- Basic computer skills

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively.
- Knowledge of the training industry and a deep understanding of various training methodologies.
Experience:
- Selling Training Programs and Services: 5 years (Preferred)
- Business Development: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
