Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients who would benefit from our training programs.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of our training offerings.
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop customized proposals and quotes for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Knowledge of the training industry and a deep understanding of various training methodologies.


  • Selling Training Programs and Services: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Business Development: 5 years (Preferred)


  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
