ROPER PUMPS – FUEL AND LUBE OIL PUMPS

Roper Pump Company is an experienced manufacturer that specializes in the design and production of robust fuel pumps for gas turbines. With their expertise spanning distillates, heavy fuels, crude oil, kerosene, and naphtha, they offer a diverse range of solutions. In addition to high-pressure fuel pumps, Roper also manufactures seal oil pumps and lube oil pumps for a variety of large engines, turbines, compressors, generator sets, and gear reducers.

Roper fuel pumps are positive displacement spur-gear pumps specifically designed to serve as high-pressure main fuel pumps for gas turbines. These pumps are custom-built, with careful selection of materials to match the specific fuel and service requirements. They are engineered to withstand the thermal shock and corrosion commonly associated with distillate and residual fuels.

Roper’s lubrication oil pumps are positive displacement gear pumps intended for integration into the lubrication systems of large engines, turbines, compressors, generator sets, and gear reducers. They are available in two-gear pump configurations, designed for direct mounting and drive by the equipment itself (with flow capacities up to 600 GPM and pressures up to 180 PSI), as well as three-gear pumps featuring sleeve or roller bearings (offering flow capacities up to 1250 GPM and pressures up to 100 PSI). These pumps operate at speeds ranging from 250 to 3600 RPM.
