This six-month program provides students with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on skills in food and beverage service. The first
three months focus on learning service standards, menu knowledge, beverage basics, customer interaction, and upselling techniques through practical sessions and workshops. The following three months consist of a supervised internship in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships, where students gain real-world exposure in fine dining, casual dining, and event catering operations. Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles in F&B outlets with strong customer service and operational skills.
