This six-month course is designed to develop students’ understanding of hotel operations and administration. The first three months cover hospitality management fundamentals, human resource practices, financial basics, marketing, and service quality management. During the internship phase, students gain experience across multiple hotel departments, observing and assisting in administrative tasks, departmental coordination, and guest services. This program prepares graduates for supervisory and administrative roles within hotels and resorts, combining academic learning with hands-on management exposure.
