This program covers the critical areas of the rooms division department, including front office, reservations, concierge, and guest relations. In the first three months, students are introduced to hotel systems, front office operations, customer service excellence, and reservation management. The internship
provides on-the-job training in front office and rooms division functions, where students engage with guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, and use hotel property management systems. Graduates are well-prepared for front office and rooms division positions in the hospitality industry.
